The application for allotment is tentative and shall only be finalized on acceptance of the same by both the concerned parties and on execution/signing of an agreement for sale within 15 days from the date of booking by making necessary payments towards the agreement. On failure of which, DRA reserves the right to cancel the deal at its discretion.
If the buyer is unable to go ahead with the booking in the project and wishes to cancel/shift this booking after entering into an agreement then 10% of apartment value will be deducted as cancellation charges.
The buyer should submit to DRA, a written request for cancellation of the deal and from the date of submission of the request, DRA would refund the balance amount within 120 working days.
