Mr. Ravi V, a chartered accountant by profession, has about 20+ years of experience in the field of finance, including 8+ years experience in real estate. He also has wide expertise in accounting, taxation, debt and risk management. He is responsible for finance, customer relations and business development for DRA Homes. Prior to joining DRA, he was with M/s. Casagrand Builders as VP- Finance.

Rajasekar A Strategic HR Leader with a proven record in building integrated Talent and People Strategies, with specific focus on workforce planning, organization capability, leadership talent management and overall HR support to the business. About 15 years of valuable general management experience of working with Micro Finance, Real Estate & Hospitality Industries. He holds an MSW, M.Phil degree from a reputed university. Experience in the areas of Business engagement / partnership, talent management (acquisition, retention & development), Organization Development and compensation & benefits.
