Before leading DRA, Ranjeeth Rathod served as an Alternate Director and Executive Committee member for L&T South City Projects Pvt. Ltd. He has also expanded DRA’s reach into financial services with the establishment of an investment wing. Holding an MBA from Cardiff University, UK, Ranjeeth brings a forward-thinking approach that has elevated DRA from a conventional developer to one recognized as the "most Customer-Centric Developer" in the industry.
Under Ranjeeth’s leadership, DRA has become synonymous with quality and timely delivery, setting industry standards with each project. His commitment to transparency led him to implement the innovative Timeline Meter at project sites, allowing customers real-time tracking of construction progress. Additionally, the Customer Delight Meter has been introduced as a unique metric for measuring customer satisfaction, further reinforcing DRA’s dedication to enhancing the client experience.
